The most rational and down-to-earth of them all. He comes from a risk-averse family that diverted him from his passion for movies and the art world as a whole, dismissing all his childhood dreams. His upbringing led him towards the corporate world, he works for an insurance company and is ironically in the risk management department… and Tarek hates it. He keeps on saying he's going to quit his job and get into acting, but never does due to pressure from family, society, and his own rational thinking. The first step for him was to move in his own little flat where he meets Hady and later on Carlo. When he meets Yasmine, he starts seeing things differently, feeling more and thinking less.
